Donald Pannell, Fire Management Consultant
Donald Pannell, fire management consultant, joined MTAS in December 2021. Before coming to MTAS, Pannell served as an assistant fire marshal for the Memphis Fire Department. He holds bachelor's degrees in political science and journalism from the University of Mississippi as well as a master's degree in operations management from the University of Arkansas. He serves municipalities in west and middle Tennessee.
