Hal Boyd, legal consultant, joined MTAS May 2024. Prior to joining MTAS, he served as the county attorney for Lake County and city attorney for Tiptonville, Tennessee for 11 years. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science from East Central Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law. He serves municipalities in west Tennessee.
