HR Consultant John Grubbs rejoined MTAS in March 2020. Previously, he was the human resource director with Portland, Tennessee and worked at MTAS for four years as a human resource consultant. He holds a master's degree in human resources management/personnel administration. He serves municipalities in middle Tennessee.
