Zoning ordinance excluding incineration of medical waste from outside geographical area upheld

The Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution limits the extent to which states may seal off their obrders from the flow of interstate commerce, including garbage.This court decision upheld an ordinance prohibiting the incineration of medical waste from outside a specific geographical area.
