City ordinance requires that all trash collected be taken only to designated facility

the Supreme Court of Maine concluded that a city ordinance which prevented a trash hauler from taking solid waste to any location other than that designated in the ordinance did not violate the federal antitrust laws or the equal protection or due process clauses of the federal constitution; however, the court found that the ordinance discriminated against interstate commerce.
