Supreme Court : flow control ordinance violates commerce clause

Abstract: In a 6-3 ruling, the United States Supreme Court held that a flow control ordinance, which required all solid waste to be processed at a designated transfer station before leaving the municipality, was a violation of the Commerce Clause.
