Public employer's nepotism policy upheld

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals recently found that a public employer's policy prohibiting married employees from working in close proximity to one another did not violate two workers' constitutional right to marry. The court found that the employer had a legitimate government interest in enforcing such a policy.
