Kay Stegall, Finance and Accounting Consultant
Kay Stegall, finance and accounting consultant, joined MTAS in March 2008. Prior to joining MTAS, she was employed by an accounting firm in west Tennessee. Stegall is a certified public accountant and holds a master's degree in business administration. She serves municipalities in west Tennessee.
