Warren Nevad, municipal management consultant, joined MTAS in April 1999. Prior to coming to MTAS, he served as city manager in Georgia and Florida. Nevad holds a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in business administration  In 2008, he cofounded the Tennessee Renewable Energy & Economic Development Council (TREEDC). He serves municipalities in middle and east Tennessee.
