MTAS Legal Consultant Elisha Hodge responded to a request for information from the City of Lebanon, Tennessee following the city's police department performing beer stings on some local businesses. The city was considering charging a fine to the businesses who violated the alcohol sale laws or offering a show cause hearing.

MTAS Fire Consultant Steve Cross worked with the Mount Pleasant Fire Department to create a current strategic plan for the organization. This document was developed using guidelines from the Commission on Fire Accreditation (CFAI) Fire and Emergency Service Self-Assessment Manual 9th edition with the goal that it will guide the organization.
