Responsible Vendor Act of 2006

The Responsible Vendor Act, which creates a voluntary program for retail vendors, takes effect on July 1, 2007, and some of the regulatory powers of beer boards will be narrowed. Includes a sample ordinance and an updated model code section on beer.
