Brad Harris, finance and accounting consultant, joined MTAS in April 2012. Prior to joining MTAS, he served as the finance director for Athens, Tennessee. He is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting. Harris serves cities and towns in southeast Tennessee.
