Patrick Marsh, municipal management consultant joined MTAS in May 2024. Prior to joining MTAS, Marsh served as city manager of Fernley, Nev. Marsh holds a Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College in Illinois and a master’s degree in public administration from Northern Illinois University.
