This report outlines the specific results and findings of the assessment measures conducted for the position of fire captain. The assessment process was developed and facilitated by the University of Tennessee Municipal Technical Advisory Service (UT MTAS) Fire Management Consultants Steve Cross and Donald Pannell. The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA), 38 U.S.C. § 43, was signed into law on October 13, 1994, and modified in 1996, 1998, 2000 and 2004.
