John Waddell, Legal Consultant

John Waddell, legal consultant, joined MTAS in December 2023. Prior to joining MTAS, he served as the senior associate counsel for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services. He holds a Bachelor of Political Science from Lipscomb University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. Waddell serves cities in middle Tennessee.
