Angie Carrier, Municipal Management Program Manager

Angie Carrier, municipal management program manager, joined MTAS in January 2018. Prior to joining MTAS, she served Johnson City, TN as the development services director. She has a master's degree in city management and serves municipalities in the east Tennessee.
