Employee Time Reports (ETRs)

  • For non-exempt employees, the deadline for ETR submission is the Monday after the biweekly payroll ends on Friday. So, if payroll ends on 3/10/23, ETRs are due the following Monday, 3/13/23.
  • For exempt employees who are paid once a month, the deadline is the 5th of the following month. So, if payroll ends on 2/28/23, ETRs are due 3/5/23.

Impact Statements

  • Impact statements are due by the tenth of the month.

Itineraries

  • Time reporting (itinerary) is due each Friday for the upcoming week.

Travel Reimbursements

  • Reimbursement requests must be made within 120 days after completion of travel; otherwise, you will have to pay taxes on the amount (UT fiscal policy FI0705). The target for some teams is to submit travel reimbursement requests once a month.

Work Reporting

  • Work reporting entries (of the previous month's work) are due by the tenth of the month.
