Mount Pleasant, Tennessee contacted the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) with concerns about safe widths for on street parking parking on the following streets: Brookside Drive, Edgewood Street and North High Street. Police Chief Michael Hay and MTAS consultant John Chlarson conducted a field investigation of the streets in questions. The report includes recommendations.
