I’m going to start you off with a quote today: “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible’!” – Audrey Hepburn. I hope you’re able to tackle the most impossible tasks today. I know our customers will appreciate your attempts.

Last week was a short week for me, as I took three days off to be with family. Therefore, I don’t have a lot of news to impart. However, you know I like to celebrate; and I have a couple of good reasons to share with you. Brad celebrated a birthday on July 20 and Bethany celebrated her one-year anniversary on the 23^rd. Congratulations to you both!

Please don’t forget the IPS annual conference coming up in two weeks in Memphis. I encourage carpooling, so please team up with someone who has similar travel plans. I know Frances suggested this already for the Knoxville office. I am eager to see everyone together; and I enjoy the camaraderie and educational sessions at the conference.

Okay, this may be the shortest Mustard ever. As Chuck Shoopman used to say on outgoing messages from his smartphone: “Enjoy the brevity.”
