COVID-19 and municipal governments: a hot topic q & a for Tennessee municipalities

The first case in the United States of 2019-nCoV, the 2019 novel coronavirus, now classified as COVID-19, was diagnosed on January 20, 2020, in Snohomish County, Washington. Since then, more people have been diagnosed with COVID-19, and cities are struggling to find information of how to respond to the spread of the virus and how the virus will affect the city’s ability to continue to provide municipal services.
