Abstract: In the Second Session of the 112th Tennessee General Assembly, 512 bills were introduced which TML identified as impacting the municipalities of Tennessee. Add bills carried over from the First Session of the 112th General Assembly, 912 bills had the potential to impact Tennessee municipalities. This report summarizes the league's legislative activities on behalf of municipalities in Tennessee with a look at key bills, their final status and other legislative initiatives.
