Expanding and enhancing pavement maintenance : the town of Garner's successful approach / Forrest Jones.

Abstract: More than five years ago, the town of Garner made a pivotal decision to expand its pavement maintenance program beyond traditional methods like patching and resurfacing. In an effort to improve the longevity and performance of its street network, the town introduced a more diverse set of maintenance strategies, including the adoption of crack sealing, micro-surfacing, and rejuvenators.
