Dedications along existing public rights-of-way, balancing property rights with local authority over land use regulation / MIchael Mount, et al.

This report was prepared in response to a letter requesting that a study be performed based on Senate Bill 1604 and House Bill 366.  Dedication occurs when property owners give land or the right to use land to the local government for public use.  The Senate and House bills prohibit local governments from requiring that a property owner dedicate land along an existing public right-of-way.
