Civil remedies for invasion of privacy : updating the law to reach new technology

Although traditional legal remedies protect against physical invasions of privacy and exposure of private information, they do not explicitly protect against the use of technological devices to expose private activities that couldn't otherwise be seen or heard. This report explains how House Bill 1855 could be changed to address constitutional concerns and to explicitly cover the use of drones.
