City of Newport job analysis questionnaire

On July 15, 1994, MTAS provided salary information for positions within the City of Newport, compared with the average yearly salary for those positions, as reported by a survey of similarly sized Tennessee cities. MTAS also provided a job analysis questionnaire to be used for creating job descriptions.
