The art of using performance and cost data

This report reviews the various ways in which participating jurisdictions in the North Carolina project are using performance and cost data and presents examples of practical applications of data use for service or process improvement. The objective is to increase the likelihood that local government administrators will use performance and cost data in their daily management function.
