2005-2030 Knoxville Regional Long Range Transportation Plan : September 2007 update

The Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act - A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) of 2005 requires that each MPO with a population of at least 200,000 develop an intermodal transportation plan with at least a 20-year horizon.
