Honna Rogers, municipal management consultant, joined MTAS in June 2013. Prior to joining MTAS, she worked for the City of Sevierville and was a post-graduate management fellow with MTAS serving the cities of Athens, East Ridge, and Cleveland. Rogers holds a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in history. She serves cities and towns in southeast Tennessee.
