Anne Uecker will be the special guest speaker at this year's Fall Conference. Anne, the 33-year veteran City Clerk/Treasurer at the City of St. Francis, Wisconsin; has spoken before at IIMC Annual Conferences and will be speaking again at IIMC's 2024 Annual Conference in Calgary, Alberta Canada in May. TAMCAR is excited to welcome her to our Fall Conference.

Anne will present two different sessions: “Forward Focused – The Power of Positive Leadership” and “The Coffee Bean – Be the Transformer.” Learn more about Anne and her speaking programs.
