Good afternoon:
It’s that time of the year that we ask you to complete your project reporting data entries and close all finished projects for the calendar year with a date of 12/31/14 or earlier . Your projects for administration, assistance to others, and professional development for 2014 should also be closed with a 12/31/14 date.
Please remember to check any of your projects with economic impact. If a city has implemented your recommendations, make sure the project is marked as “adopted/implemented” so the economic impact you’ve recorded will be counted.
For 2015, please open one project for MTAS Administration work, one for MTAS Assistance to Others, and one for MTAS Professional Development. These projects should remain open for recording until 12/31/15.
Please close your applicable projects by end of business Friday, January 2, 2015.
