Telephone Listings - We have created a new Notes database with all the MTAS direct dial numbers. It’s called "MTAS Personnel." If you add it to your Notes work space, you can use the phone number view to list everyone’s desk phone and voice mail numbers. Database 'MTAS Personnel', View 'Phone Numbers' Click this icon to open the view and add the database to your workspace.

Virus Warning - If you receive any E-mail, particularly from the Internet with either of these two subjects: "JOIN THE CREW" or "PENPAL GREETINGS!" immediately delete the messages - DO NOT OPEN THEM . Once you open them, they will immediately do bad things to your disk drive and there isn’t any way to recover.

E-mail address - If you need the E-mail address for a city official, you might find the answer in the new Notes database: "Web Users Name and Address Book." I would suggest you add this to your MAIL workspace. Click this icon to open the view and add the database to your workspace. If you have any trouble moving the database to your MAIL workspace, give AnnO a call.

We are adding E-mail addresses to the government mailing list and will have a way for you to find that information through Notes eventually. If you know of an E-mail address for a city official and it isn’t on the list, please tell AnnO so she can add it.

CGT News - Tom Ballard and Sammie Lynn Puett have named Bob Schettler Acting Executive Director for CGT. Also Ron Gibson has been asked to assume additional responsibilities as the coordinator of all relationships for CGT with State Government. As you remember, Pat Davis’ last day with CGT is November 14.

Management Team - The management team has resumed work with the Resource Management Systems consulting firm. One of our work elements is a description of what the management team does (many people have asked!). I’ve included a first draft in the MTAS staff discussion database under "management team." Please make your comments and suggestions there. Soon, the management team will have a draft of the MTAS mission and goals that we will post in the database for further discussion.
