This Update summarizes some of the substantive issues and discussions by the Management Team and staff, and consolidates many of the notes and directives that as a geographically challenged team we would otherwise distribute and consider.  The information included is intended to be substantive and timely, and I am always available to discuss these or any issues at any time.
 
This is also provided as information for the interns working under the IPS Public Service Internship Program.
