TAMCAR - Kurt, Jennifer, and a host of others are with TAMCAR in Nashville Wednesday through Friday.

Project Reports to cities - Thanks to Sloan (with editorial help from all the management consultants) we have finished mailing a report detailing our work with each of 303 cities. The remainder of the 348 cities in the state did not have enough work to fill out a report. We mailed the report to the Mayor, city recorder, and the city administrator (if the city has one). This is the first time we have ever even attempted to make an individual report to all cities. It's a way of personalizing the 7,800 projects and questions, the 2,500 field visits and the 32,000 hours we dedicated to cities in FY2003.

Knoxville Friday Tailgate Party - Bill, Armintha, Sandy, and Becky sponsored a "Beat Florida" tailgate party during lunch last Friday. We all had hot-dogs and several very fancy desserts. Bill even bought door prizes! It must have worked. UT won!
