Conflict on Interest Forms Due - Your conflict of interest form is due to me September 30. That's a hard deadline. You need to print it and sign it and mail it to me in time. You need to go to www.tennessee.edu/disclosure to fill out the form. It's under Appendix B at the bottom of the form.

Position Data Questionnaires - We're working on reviewing and revising everyone's PDQ. It's complicated by the fact that many of our jobs are similar but not necessarily the same. We'll be getting a final draft to you Friday. (It's a minor point, but it's also complicated by the fact that some people sent me their changes in regular type, some bold, some bold and italic, some red, some brown, some green, and some blue - - next time I'll specify.)

Gas cards - If you drive a UT car (of if you check one out of the motor pool), please use the Fleet One card whenever possible. Gas prices are going up and we get a better discount with Fleet One than with the Voyager card. If you need to, you can find a nearby Fleet One location by checking this web site (www.fleetone.com or call 800-359-7587 ). And, as you know if you drive a UT car, they sometimes change.

MTAS dinner September 20 - We'll meet for dinner the night before the IPS retreat. We have a buffet dinner planned on Tuesday, September 20 at 7:00 PM in the Chattanoogan. We will have our annual awards presentation.
