Another year has passed, and it's Campus Chest campaign time at UT. The specific goal for the Office of the Vice President for Public & Governmental Relations has been established by reviewing last year’s goals and contributions and the total salaries in each unit to reach the overall university goal. The 2003-2004 Campus Chest goal for IPS this year is $28,000. Wow! The MTAS share of the goal is $6,913 or about 27% of the total and that's because we have about 27% of the total salaries. Wow, again!

I have asked Nancy to be the point person on distributing and collecting the pledge forms this year. So, please forward your pledge card to her. She'll bundle all ours up and send them to IPS. As always, your donations are appreciated by the people and organizations that benefit from your giving (and it can be within your home county).

Last year we had 100% participation and we made our goal, but it was only with everyone pulling together. Let's do the same this year.
