Fellow MTASers,

I am pleased to let you know that the search to fill the vacant MTAS municipal legal consultant position has been successfully concluded. Elisha Hodge will join MTAS, effective October 6 ^th and her official station will be the Nashville MTAS office.

Many of us know Elisha and have had the opportunity to work with her in the role she is leaving as Open Records Counsel in the Comptroller of the Treasury office.

Elisha will significantly add to the already strong legal consultancy service MTAS provides its town and city customers. I welcome her and ask you to join me in doing so.
