I am thrilled to let you know that Richard Stokes just received an advisory phone call that he has been elected president-elect of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR). IPMA is the leading public sector human resources organization in the world. Richard officially takes office January 1, 2014 and will become president of the organization on January 1, 2015.

Recognition such as this by your professional peers and friends comes along very infrequently, so it’s appropriate that we compliment Richard’s accomplishments that have lead him to this well-deserved recognition.

We at MTAS get to see his outstanding work every day. Now a much bigger audience gets to enjoy it.
