Regarding the Fee Schedule I sent to you earlier I have had questions asking, “What do we mean by ‘Specialty studies’?” I talked with Steve and we don’t want to get overly definitive about it, but instead want to simply convey that if a study is way out of the ordinary, or requires a really significant amount of time or resources, or requires us to pay outside specialists to come in and help, then we need to talk about charging a fee. So in other words we need to play it by ear. So let’s do our best with this somewhat loose definition but keep in mind that we can charge for something extraordinary if we need to. -- Pat Hardy
