The ads for the Program Manager positions for Finance, Legal and Management have been posted and are attached for your information and assistance. Under the UT process these three positions are required to be posted and competitively filled as part of the process to upgrade the previous Team Leader positions. Only MTAS staff members will be considered for these openings.

Under January’s reorganization these positions have taken on supervisory roles in addition to the expectation and need for consulting. Over the next few months Program Managers will also review and approve expenditures through the IRIS system, and fill other administrative roles and tasks. I do believe that the changes will be both interesting and improve the functioning of MTAS.

Everyone qualified, including the interim Program Managers presently serving in these positions, is welcome and encouraged to apply. My plan is to review resumes as they are submitted and hold team interviews after September 12 ^th . If you meet the qualifications and are interested I hope that you will indicate your interest through the process provided in the ads.
