As part of our continuous improvement efforts, Sharon and Melanie have been revising our subject and client headings list in project reporting. This is an effort to make the headings uniform, concise and useable for both consultants and management. It is our intent to use the same lists for both short (activities) and long (projects) entries.
These modifications have been reviewed with the Team Leaders, but have not been reviewed with all of the consultants. I would appreciate your review of both lists by next Friday, August 28. Please contact Sharon with any questions or suggestions.
