You can't tell the players without a scorecard. We have several recent new hires.

Chris Willis - Chris started work Monday, August 10 as Utility Management Consultant in Nashville. He will direct our water and wastewater program as part of the contract with CG&L. Chris just has retired from the Navy after 20 years with the civil engineering service. His last assignment was as Commander of the Atlantic Division of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Norfolk, VA. Chris has experience with water, wastewater, steam, solid waste, hazardous waste, gas, and electric. All of which will help Tennessee cities. With the CG&L program, he will be concentrating on water and wastewater. He has a B.S. in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and a MA in civil engineering from Georgia Tech.

Allie Bell - Allie started work Monday, August 17. She replaces AnnO as the Computer Programmer Specialist who will work with our Notes databases. Allie has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA and will receive her M.S. in Computer Science from UT in December, 1998.

Steve Wyatt - Steve will start work Tuesday, September 1 in Jackson as Utility Operations Consultant. Steve has worked for the last 17 years with the Jackson Utility Division and has experience with water, wastewater, and gas. He has a B.S. in both Biology and Chemistry from the University of Memphis. He will work as part of our contract with CG&L and will concentrate on water and wastewater.
