Project Reporting
It's not really the last email on project reporting, just the last in the current series. Mike and Sharon covered this during their meetings earlier this week, but let me emphasize two points.

By August 1, please:

1. Review your projects for FY03 and make sure you have closed all projects that should be closed effective June 30, 2003. If you close them today the system automatically inserts July 24, so you'll have to change it to June 30.
2. Briefly review your closed projects for FY03 looking at the ones with $-0- for revenue enhancement and cost avoidance. Please make sure that is accurate. If you show any amount over $0 for this, please look at your project summary and make sure it is sufficiently explanatory.

THANKS. We'll spend the first part of August getting our FY03 reports in order. Our summary of all the MTAS data is based on what you put in.
