From July 1
It doesn't feel right. It's a Monday morning and not only are we all at home, but our offices are closed. We are just 46 of the 22,000 state employees who were not able to come to work this morning. It's hard to believe that it's come to this.

The TML staff are not state employees and are continuing to lobby with the general assembly. I'm hopeful that something will happen this week. This cannot go on forever.

Our email system is still up and running. Please use it all you like. Send me and your MTAS colleagues an email to let us know how you're doing. We need to stay in touch with each other. Our phone tree is standing by and Mike is staying in touch with TML.

If you're not on the TML distribution list, here's a copy of this morning's 4 AM bulletin.
