I believe that everyone has received the note below from Dr. Jinks, and as noted we will each receive a letter providing the specifics of changes to our salary. I have received questions about how the 3.0 is calculated, so I’ll take just a moment on this.

In MTAS most of us know the total points from the summary sheet of our APR, and although no one hit the extremes these can range from 5 to 25 points. If you take your points and divide by 5 (for the 5 questions) you have your average. Under the note below everyone with a 3.0 or higher will receive the across the board increase of 2%, and everyone with greater than 3.0 is eligible to receive a merit increase based on the tiers outlined.
