Oak Ridge move - The architect has turned the project over to the cost estimator. We are not sure what the next step is. I still don't have the date of our move. However, I have invited the TCMA (city managers) to hold its fall conference in 2006 in Oak Ridge. So I'm convinced we'll get going soon (or eventually).

Annual Performance Reviews and Project Reporting - Our APR forms are almost ready. You'll remember that when Mike discussed this in meetings last month he mentioned that we would include statistics from this year's project reporting. IPS has asked that we include performance numbers including revenue enhancement and cost avoidance totals on the APR form. The APR database will pull statistics from closed projects in Project Reporting when you create your APR form. This is a one-time computation so we will all be looking at the same numbers on the same page. It makes it critical for all your projects for FY05 to be complete and closed before your start your APR. SO, everyone needs to get their project reporting up to date. Here's the schedule.

Thursday, June 30 - all FY05 projects closed
Friday, July 8 - all APRs entered

Please note, you'll need to have all your projects entered, up-to-date, and closed BEFORE your start your APR. This gives everyone about a week to complete the APR form. We will conduct the APR interviews during July.

For your information, UT Human Resources has determined that we will NOT be using the draft performance cover sheet that we discussed in our meetings last month.
