TML Conference Awards - The TML annual conference concluded Tuesday after lunch. The Mayor of the Year is Tom Rowland of Cleveland. The spouse of the year is Carol Kirk, wife of Bob Kirk, alderman of Dyersburg. The city manager of the year is Angie Carrier of Dandridge. The Murphy Snodderly award to a public works employee went to Jackie Jones with the sanitation department in Collegedale.

Travel Reimbursement - Our fiscal year ends June 30. If you have any expenses to report, please close out your T-3 on Wednesday, June 30 and send it in.

Vacation - It's a rare event - for me at least. Sheryl and I are going to take a three week vacation. I'll be out of the office beginning Tuesday, June 22 and I'll return Monday, July 12. We're going to spend the first week in Arizona and see the Grand Canyon (for the first time), come home for a day or so and then visit family and the beach in South Carolina. I'm not taking the laptop or cell phone. If anything comes up, please check with Mike.
