It's been a while since I've done one of these. I think you will see them a little more often in the future.

Conflict of interest form - Please remember to complete the conflict of interest form included with the IPS newsletter in June. Remember it is due to IPS by July 31 and we will need a few days to process it so please send it to the Knoxville office by July 25. Thanks.

Travel reimbursement - As always at the end of the fiscal year, please remember to submit your travel reimbursement form for the month of June and through June 30, the first week in July.

IPS awards - Nominations for these awards are due July 15. Please take a couple hours to prepare one after you get back from the TML conference. Remember that the nomination forms are on the IPS home page ( www.ips.utk.edu ). I don't want to know who you have nominated, but I would like to know if you submit a nomination.

Salary plan - We are still working on the salary plan. One item which we need from each consultant is an updated, abbreviated resume. I will send you an e-mail with the information we need. Please send me an e-mail in reply by Friday, June 20.

Nashville attorney - Pamela Bingham has joined MTAS as our attorney in Nashville to replace Todd Moore. Her first day of work is Friday, June 13. She will attend the TML conference. Pam has seven years experience with the attorney generals office and several other years experience in state government. She is a valuable addition to our staff. (We are not really sure but she may be distantly related to Herb Bingham-our founder).

InfoAccess - We now have 26 cities signed up for our InfoAccess service. The list includes: Alcoa, Bartlett, Bristol, Chattanooga, Cookeville, Fayetteville, Germantown, Goodlettsville, Jefferson City, Johnson City, Jonesborough, Kingsport, Lenoir City, Madisonville, Maryville, Morristown, Munford, Murfreesboro, Nashville, Newport, Piperton, Pulaski, Sevierville, Shelbyville, Sparta, Tullahoma, and White House. We will not start charging anyone for this service until July first. We may not have all these customers after the bills go out, but then, we may have many others.
