We have been discussing a review of the responses to the November Employee Engagement Survey, and the MTAS Management Team and supervisors have developed the process outlined in the attached memorandum. We have included the memorandum, the summary of survey results, and the scales that assist with interpretation of the results.
I have heard the survey results characterized as both good and bad, and my position is different – the input and information is important as we work to be a better organization and to build an agenda for future actions. The information can also be used to help clarify our mutual expectations for pride in our work, the work environment, and shared governance, for example.
Please coordinate through the supervisors and others as outlined in the memorandum, and I look forward to reviewing the results of the process.
