Schedule Change - CANCEL the video staff meeting set for Tuesday, May 9. We'll have the retreat later that week and will see more than enough of each other then.

Recommendations Adopted - Thanks for helping Sally and Armintha with the project tracking work they have done for me this week. We're putting together a report that I'll send to you when I get it done.

Customer Survey - As part of the IPS five year plan, we are participating in a customer survey. The Social Science Research Institute on the Knoxville campus is conducting the survey using a sample of the names we gave them based on projects and NPRs we did for cities last year. The survey was mailed in February and March. I got a clean copy last week and am sending you a xerox of it today. I don't know when we'll get the results.

Retreat - Our MTAS retreat is the week after next at Montgomery Bell State Park. Here's the first draft of the schedule. You need to be there by noon on Wednesday.
