Good News - Last week Rex, Melissa, and Sarah were very busy in conducting, officiating, and speaking at the very successful first ever Administrative Office of the Courts court clerks conference at the Nashville airport Embassy Suites. They had about 130 city court clerks attending and learning. It was well received by all.

ISO Good News - Gary recently helped Kingston and Mount Carmel lower their ISOs. And Ray recently helped Tracy City lower their ISO rating. It's a lot of work and sometimes the project lasts over a year, but the payback for the citizens and their fire department is significant.

Recruiting - You may have already heard through the grapevine. We have two new consultants joining us in April.
  • Our new HR consultant is Bonnie Curran. She will be in the Knoxville office and will start Monday, April 9. She will be our second HR consultant. Bonnie has a BA in human resources, training, and development from UT - Knoxville. She has experience working in the benefits area with CIGNA Heathcare and Aetna. She also has worked for Knox County Human Resources Department.
  • Our new training consultant is Gary Petree (who replaces Sally). He will be in the Knoxville office and will start Thursday, April 19. Gary has a BA in government and international studies from the University of South Carolina and a MS from Troy University in human resources management. He most recently was director of the Shaw Air Force Base program of the University of South Carolina at Sumter and prior to that has experience as an instructor with the Central Carolina Technical College and as a manager and trainer with the South Carolina Army National Guard.
